EAT YOUR (RAW) SNICKERS!

Heaven exists - and it takes shape in the form of this Raw Snickers Bar. Now, I'm not even that big a snickers fan but this *dramatic pause due to speechless*. The only bad part about this treat would be that it's a bit time consuming (working in three layers et cetera) and how one batch seem to vanish so rapidly!!! For some mysterious reason...

The bottom layer, the caramel if you wish, is pitted and peeled dates (if you can be bothered to - this is the time consumption really!) that you mash into a gooey cream and spread out on a baking sheet. The second layer is a mixture of unsalted peanuts, peanut butter and some coconut oil. Leave that in the freezer for a while to make it set while making the chocolate coating consisting of coconut oil, raw cacao and a sweetner of choice, such as agave or maple syrup. Don't have any exact measurements but as with most things raw - it's tricky to go wrong. On another note: What can go wrong, really, when there's both peanut butter and chocolate involved?
